Alex entered the mortgage industry as a 'side job' in 2003.  After training as a loan officer and closing his first few loans, he found a satisfaction from helping clients unlike any other industry he worked in prior.  He was born and raised in the metro Detroit area until the age of 25 when he decided to move to the metro Phoenix, AZ area for 9 years. During that time, he managed a mortgage brokerage for 3 years before the great recession. Alex continued to stick through the tough times due to his passion for this industry and the ability to help clients with such important financing decisions. He also spent a short period in Lafayette, LA before moving back to Arizona then Michigan to marry his beautiful wife Zena in 2014. They have two amazing boys, Christian and Jordan. The Kandah family are big foodies, love to travel together, and spend time with extended family and friends. Regardless of how busy family life gets, Alex is committed to his clients and career.
