    • Copies of pay stubs for each applicant, reflecting a minimum of 30 days of income
    • Names/addresses of employers for past two years
    • W2s for past two years
    • Two years of tax returns may be required once your income is reviewed
    • Bank statements for past two months
    • If self-employed, year-to-date profit and loss statement, plus signed tax returns for last two years
    • If applicable:
      • Proof of pension income
      • Social Security and Disability payments
      • Child support or alimony payments
      • Divorce decree and/or child support order
      • A copy of earnest money deposit for purchases
      • Information on debts such as car loans, student loans and credit cards may be requested
      • Security accounts (stocks, bonds, life insurance), if liquidating for required funds
